This
is a local building of 1960's architecture.
A real estate axiom: an exterior of brick is virtually maintenance
free. Painted exteriors require more care. Newer materials
like synthetic stucco, if improperly installed, can fall victim
to prolonged moisture buildup. Your real estate agent should
be able to recommend inspectors who can detect hidden problems.

just to the north of the one pictured contains the bones of
the gorilla Bushman. A Lincoln Park Zoo favorite, Bushman,
is now on display at Chicago's Field Museum, however, his
bones are not with his body. What is the name of the local
museum housing the bones of Bushman?
Save this post card. It is the third of four you will receive
before June 2001. Each card has a question that must be answered
to determine the winners of the $200.00 first prize and the
$100.00 second prize.
Final
exam time is next month, good luck.
