Here
we go again! Steve Grobl Real Estate kicked off 2000 with
a mystery car contest. Your participation was overwhelming,
demanding another sleuthing challenge.
A
real estate axiom: newer isn't always better. An older home,
impeccably maintained, can be as attractive or even more so,
than a brand new house. Hire a real estate agent who can explain
the difference between dry wall and plaster, or forced air
vs. baseboard hot water heat.

of a 104-year-old barn. The barn is near a town made famous
by Glenn Miller and Tex Beneke. What is the name of this outdoor
museum of historic barns and old cars?
Save
this post card. It is one of four you will receive before
June 2001. Each card has a question that must be answered
to determine the winners of the $200.00 first prize and the
$100.00 second prize.
Happy
Valentines Day and good luck,
Steve
