in the Western Hemisphere, is surrounded
by several volcanoes.

A real estate axiom: a house surrounded by high
tension lines, train tracks, and arterial streets cannot
command the top dollar prices being paid for homes
on interior lots and quiet streets. Hire a real estate agent
who can place value on a property's strong points and
weak points.
