Steve Grobl Real Estate announces the 2002 Mystery Mountain Contest winners.
Frank DeCou, next to his fabulous 1940 LaSalle, took first place honors and the $200 prize.
Joe Egan, pictured left, phoned in his answers 5 minutes, 47 seconds after Frank's e-mail arrived. Joe receives a $100 second prize!
Karl Grobl Photography, San Diego, (www.karlgrobl.com) provided the spectacular shots used in this year's contest. February's postcard pictured the ruins of Machu Picchu in Peru. The March card was of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. April's image showed Mount Machupuchare, nicknamed "Fishtail," in Nepal.
Planning and preparing are essential to achieving any level of professionalism. My brother researches and scouts the photo shoot site weeks in advance, only to return in the predawn hours, days later. His hope: to take the masterpiece picture. Planning and preparing are fundamental in the buying or selling of property. At Steve Grobl Real Estate we pride ourselves on an unsurpassed level of professionalism.
Congratulations to all of our participants.
