A real estate axiom: when buying or selling, select a real estate agent
who has local contacts and his finger on the pulse of the current
market. An agent hired over the phone or Internet, should there be a
fork in the road, may not be able to chart a course or provide a prescription for success.

My most recent automotive acquisition was first owned by a physician and his wife, a nurse. Their Powhatan Point clinic treated the areas’ coal miners.
