This home provides
the background for our second post card in the "Driving
Miss Movie" contest.
A real estate axiom: "All of us have a place
we go back to"...; buying or selling your home can therefore
be an emotional and financial experience. Hire an agent who
is sensitive to both elements.
Our mystery actor lived here from 1920-1923. Supposedly,
this actor's favorite role was in a 1940 movie starring Pat
O'Brien.
Pictured reverse: my 1946 Chrysler Town and Country
convertible and '48 sedan in front of 816 S. Hennipen Street.
To my right, Dave Grobl. To my left, "Skip" Doede,
of R.A. Doede Restorations.
Question #2: name the movie and give the
actor's nickname it coined.
Save this post card; it is #2 of 5 you will receive. Each
has a question that must be answered during May. Remember,
first prize is $200, second is $100. Check our web site if
you misplaced a previously sent post card.
Happy President's Day,
