2008 Postcard #4
Our fourth stop on the "Illinois Mansions" contest features a neoclassical mansion, circa 1917, by Jarvis Hunt.
A real estate axiom: "Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care," Teddy Roosevelt. At Steve Grobl Real Estate we care: Our reputation is on the line during every transaction be it large or not so large.
Pictured above: Steve and his 1948 Chrysler Town and Country in front of the mansion complete with replicated White House details and an 800 square foot living room!
Question #4: Provide the street address, and name the mansion's original owner, a six-term Congressman and intimate friend of Theodore Roosevelt.
Save this post card, #4 of 5. Each card has a question that must be answered in May. Remember, first prize is $200, second $100. Click here to view the other postcards in this contest.
