Our fourth stop in the “Native Americans of Illinois” contest features a cave opposite Waubonsee’s Indian village.
A real estate axiom: during most inspections the general inspector will check for mold. If he is suspicious he will suggest a specialist. Your agent should know where to go to get trained mitigators if mold or mildew is an issue.
