2012 Postcard #5
Here is the fifth and final image in the “Sounds and Sights of Italy” contest.
A real estate axiom: Some neighborhoods have restrictions that must be followed when making exterior modifications to a home. Due diligence is advised prior to purchase.
Pictured above: Casa Magelli.
Question #5: This magnificent property changed hands on January 27, 1489. Who purchased it and how much did they pay.
Contest winners will include the singer’s birth name asked for in post card #1; identify the type of wood from February’s card; from the March card, give the name of the bridge and the river it spans; provide the names of the festival founder and park asked for in April’s post card, and answer the question above. Click here to view earlier postcards from this contest and postcards from our previous contests.
Contact me via any of the methods above. The contest ends at 6:00 p.m. CDT, Thursday May 31, 2012. The winner will be picked by a random drawing from all entries with correct answers received by contest’s end. Include your name and telephone number in your response.
Winners of the $200 first prize and $100 second prize will be announced in our September mailing.
Thanks for participating,
